EC Natation: Camelia Potec in top 5 in the 800 meter freestyle competition 

Romanian Camelia Potec ended on the fifth place the final of the 800 meter freestyle competition within the European Swimming Championship organized this year in Budapest. Qualified in the finals, the Romanian could not keep up the rythm against Lotte Friis, the Danish winner of the gold medal. French Ophelie Cyrielle came second and secured the silver medal and Italian Federica Pellegrini was third.
