The 12 espionage suspect deported by the US in Russia worked in a company in Romania
The US retained on Tuesday the twelve person in the espionage network in favor of Moscow, suspected of being linking to the ten agents already arrested and deported to Russia, who used to work in a company with headquarters in Romania, according to the Facebook profile, Washington Post reads.
Federal authorities declared that the young Aleksei Karetnikov was deported on Tuesday in Russia. According to his Facebook profile page, Karetnikov, who according to authorities was not older than 25, worked at Microsoft and at a software company with its central headquarters in Romania, Neobit.
Microsoft confirmed that the young man was working for them.
The ten Russian spies were expelled to Russia in exchange of four prisoners that were supposed to reach the US.
