Grawe will take over the building in the second trimester, most probably in June, according to Eurisko quoted by Hotnews.ro.

Grawe will occupy 1000 sqm out of the total area of the building of 5200 sqm, the rest is to be let by Eurisko for offices.

„Romanian market offers great development potential despite higher risks that exist here compared to the western countries. Hence, we decided that a business center in Bucharest is very profitable and we closed the deal with Eitel”, sayd Josef Praschinger, manager of Real Estate Department of Grawe Investment.

The main reasons for the purchase were the central location, the quality of the building and the availability in a short time, according to Carol Petrica and Cristian Ionita, Eurisko brokers.

The Insurance Austrian company which holds 99.88 per cent of Grawe Romania descended on the Romanian market in October.
