Volvo recalls 43 cars from Romania over possible airbag problems
EIT Forum Auto, Romania’s importer of Swedish Volvo cars, recalls 43 XC70 cars to service in order to upgrade a software as part of an international recall aimed at identifying a possible problem with the airbags, representatives of the importer told HotNews.ro.
The international recall was initially announced by Volvo and involves 65,000 cars, mainly CV70 and V70 models. The V70 model is no longer on sale in Romania.
Some 824 Volvo cars were sold in Romania last year with sales led by XC90 (250 units) and S40 (over 200 units).
