Romanian magistrates institute bribery

Romanian anti graft prosecutors investigate six magistrates after being accused of offering bribes to occupy important positions. Prosecutors determined that magistrates not only offered thousands of euro but also food products as bribery to get the questions to be asked in the exam.

Judicial sources declared that the six magistrates will be punished and even excluded from the institution. It was the first time when prosecutors were able to determine the sources and route of the bribe, establishing the identity of the persons who negotiated the sum and proposing the business to other future magistrates.
